Your Impact
We are currently seeking a Senior Associate, Media Analytics to join our growing Analytics team - people who have a passion for working with digital data and other key data sources to derive actionable insights and strategize and support the creation of performance-driven measurement plans. Successful candidates will work with clients and internal business and technical stakeholders to support measurement strategies. Attention to detail and a desire to dig deep into the data for insights are necessary. You will have the opportunity to work with various clients across different sectors. Who You Are
2+ years of experience in delivering insights and analysis to cross-functional teams and executives using various data sources Knowledge of media platforms like Campaign Manager 360 and associated measurement tracking Knowledge of at least one leading Web Analytics platform, preferably Adobe Analytics. Comfortable with presenting analysis and solution recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders Fluent in SQL, Python, and Excel Experience with Google Cloud Platform tools like Google Big Query Experience with one or more of the following databases: PostgreSQL, AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake, SQL Server, and MySQL Knowledge of Brand and Conversion Lift Studies
What You Will Be Doing
Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders, both internal and external Work with manager and internal stakeholders to build performance-driven measurement plans Communicate data requirements for reporting and analysis to analytics engineering and ad tech Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members Analyze media performance data and derive business insights using Excel, Python or other analysis tools Support Manager on strategic and technical process improvements and innovation roadmap Run machine learning models and implement data-driven solutions to drive growth and decision-making for our clients
Nice to Have
Good understanding of A|B Testing, Experience and Campaign Optimization Additional expertise in Google Analytics and other leading tools is preferred Experience translating business objectives of clients into measurement plans Experience in the consulting and advertising industry is preferred Experience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker for reporting and analysis
To comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target compensation for this role is $65,000 to $110,000 per year. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, qualifications, job performance, level of experience, location, and business needs.
