Need an experienced SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist that utilizes the RANK MATH SEO Plug-In to optimize about 7-9 web pages.

The content has already been implemented and we need someone who can get the website on 1-3 pages of Google, Bing, etc.

Please refrain from any special tactics that may cause Google or any search engines penalties.
