- *ABOUT THE JOB**
F45 Training is looking for a passionate Social Media Coordinator assist with growing the FS8 and F45 brand social channels in various ways. For FS8, the Social Media Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing and managing our social media presence, while demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills. In addition, the Social Media Coordinator shall uphold community management best practices for both F45 Training and FS8. The Social Media Coordinator will be a team player who provides feedback to internal teams on the success of all our social channels, as well as understand the target audience and have a firm grasp on community engagement methods and best practices. We’re looking for someone who is a creative thinker that has a pulse on all social media platforms and isn't afraid to take risks. We need a team player who has the ability to provide feedback to internal teams on the success of all our social channels.
- *RESPONSIBILITIES**
As a Social Media Coordinator at F45 Training, you will..
- Manage content posting across multiple FS8 social media platform including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, and implement social media strategies through an editorial calendar to enhance engagement and increase followers across FS8 brand channels.
- Demonstrate ability to produce engaging social-first videos and graphics that effectively amplify brand messaging across social media channels.
- Uphold community management best practices by engaging with audiences on all brand channels for FS8 and F45, including responding to DMs and comments.
- Provide monthly reports on social media metrics and contribute new ideas based on insights and trends.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify insights and social media trends through data analytics.
- Monitor and grow online communities by implementing best-practice community management techniques.
- Ensure brand consistency and track customer engagement and web traffic for social media campaigns using Brand24 and Sprout Social.
- Manage projects in alignment with the social media strategy and overall digital marketing objectives for FS8.
- Enhance brand awareness by maintaining the company’s voice and delivering impactful storytelling on social media platforms.
