About the Role

The Marketing and Communications Summer Internship is an onsite, temporary (~8 weeks) role, supporting the Marketing & Communications team.

Reporting Line

This position reports to the Associate Director, Marketing & Communications.

Your Role

• Draft, edit, and publish written and visual content for internal and external communication channels.
• Assist in developing marketing and brand assets, including graphics, videos, and visual collateral for presentations and digital platforms.
• Contribute to internal communication campaigns to enhance clarity, alignment, and engagement across the company.
• Support maintaining documentation and communication resources in Confluence, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
• Manage assigned projects, tasks, and timelines through Jira, coordinating with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor the company's brand presence across online and professional platforms, summarizing insights and identifying opportunities to strengthen reputation.
• Assist with corporate event planning and scheduling.

Qualifications (Required)

• Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in video editing tools (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with brand management principles, content development, and professional social media platforms.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams.

Position Details
