Our company partners with online retailers, national distributors, and direct-to-consumer platforms, delivering products that align with evolving consumer needs. We operate in a collaborative, hands-on environment where teams work closely across sales, operations, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution from product launch to delivery.
The Ecommerce Sales Manager will own and grow online sales channels across the company’s product portfolio. This role is responsible for account management, revenue growth, digital merchandising, and operational execution across e-commerce platforms, while building strong relationships with key partners and optimizing online performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with online distributors, marketplaces, and e-commerce partners.
- Develop and execute joint business plans to drive revenue growth, assortment expansion, and promotional impact.
- Analyze account performance, identify growth opportunities, and lead promotional and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory availability across all online platforms.
- Optimize product content including imagery, descriptions, keywords, and attributes to improve search visibility and conversion rates.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across distributor and direct-to-consumer channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on product launches, promotional calendars, and merchandising strategies.
- Track and report on campaign performance, continuously refining strategies using data-driven insights.
- Oversee product onboarding and ongoing catalog management across e-commerce platforms.
- Partner with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment and a strong customer experience.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and category performance to inform strategy.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for leadership.
- Leverage analytics tools to evaluate customer behavior, channel performance, and ROI.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies that drive efficiency, visibility, and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, and online account management.
- Strong understanding of major online marketplaces and retail platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart).
- Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
