About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for a dynamic Director of Sales and Client Management to take the helm of our sales initiatives. This pivotal role is essential to our mission of delivering fractional e-commerce teams to mid-market consumer brands. You will be instrumental in refining and leading a sales process that currently thrives on founder relationships.

Your mission will include developing a robust and repeatable sales system, driving consistent outbound efforts, and establishing a trusted sales forecast. We seek a professional who brings 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in consultative, high-ticket services, ideally with a background in e-commerce, DTC, digital marketing, or agency/consulting services.

If you have a proven record in sales process development, strong CRM discipline, and can confidently navigate the language of P&L or are eager to learn, we want to hear from you! This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a flexible, fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity. You’ll have a hands-on role, managing your own activities, and become an integral part of our Executive Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic direction of our business.
