Remote - West Coast / Mountain preferred with travel to San Francisco

Our client is a lean, fast-moving SEO agency serving mental health startups and founder-led companies that are scaling fast. We're looking for a sharp, hands-on SEO leader to join them - someone who's been shaped by the startup world and is ready to take real ownership.

What you'll do

• Own SEO strategy and execution across a portfolio of mental health and wellness clients
• Run technical audits and translate findings into clear, prioritized roadmaps
• Be the credible voice in client conversations — strategic, not just tactical
• Work directly with the founder; no bureaucracy, no fluff

What they're looking for

• 5+ years in SEO, with meaningful in-house startup experience
• Comfortable with technical SEO fundamentals and audits
• Strong communicator who can hold their own with founders and clients
• Gritty, self-directed, and energized by a small-team environment
