We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join Brookfield Properties in New York, NY. In this role, you will play a key role in inspiring change and continual improvement. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the SVP of Marketing and Director of Marketing, supporting retail marketing and leasing efforts for Brookfield Properties’ New York real estate portfolio. Role & Responsibilities: Serve as point of contact and liaison with retail leasing, retail operations, property management teams, and outside agencies to gather information and facilitate various requests Responsibility for end-to-end planning, coordination, execution, and evaluation across multiple channels and stakeholders (includes, but is not limited to: on-site walkthroughs, vendor agreements, setup, etc) Create, plan and deliver retail marketing assets working within a defined schedule, tracking success and sharing reports with leasing Support in coordination, execution and follow up on all marketing events; tracking RSVPs, managing check-in, ordering supplies, collecting vendor COIs, acting as liaison with caterers, event planners, and building management to ensure seamless vendor access Update and maintain websites for Brookfield Place and Manhattan West Liaison with SVP of Marketing for digital marketing and direct sponsorship inquiries Manage and coordinate all social media retailer requests Responsible for communicating and coordinating with retail operations and property management to ensure alignment and marketing executional support Coordinate any retail integrations into planned activations with event team Arrange photoshoots of assets, coordinating access for photographer on the property and from vantage point properties as needed Manage our project management platform to ensure organization, communication and timelines are tracking Your Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 1-3 years’ experience Able to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Results driven self-starter able to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks Highly organized and able to juggle competing priorities Strong graphics, writing and oral communication skills Working knowledge of project management platforms, Excel, CMS Collaborative and flexible, with a can-do attitude Pro-active and reliable, driven to achieve team goals Your Career @ Brookfield Properties: At Brookfield Properties, your career progression is important to us.
