E-Commerce Associate

Brakecrafters, a one-stop shop for motorcycle enthusiasts to find all their motorcycle braking needs, is seeking an E-Commerce Associate to complete daily e-commerce duties while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Duties Include

Fulfilling customer orders and returns in an e-commerce business ensuring all outgoing orders are correct and shipped out daily; informing customers of any changes in availability or shipping

• Must be highly proficient with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and software applications
• Experience with e-commerce platforms including e-bay, Shopify and Amazon a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Fielding customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwarding to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff

• Excellent customer service skills; service-oriented
• Highly skilled in verbal and written communication

Assisting with receiving all incoming shipments and entering quantities into inventory system

• Must be highly proficient with computers, Microsoft Office Suite and software applications
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Monitoring product inventory levels, assembling product kits and inputting production into MRP system daily

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Must be able to work 40 hours per week Monday through Saturday

Motorcycle experience a plus

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
