Responsibilities

Lead the regional marketing strategy by translating high-level organizational goals into actionable, high-impact campaigns that drive brand growth.

Create and execute comprehensive digital engagement strategies that connect patients with the care they need across all web and social platforms.

Drive public advocacy and community relations efforts to strengthen the organization's voice on critical healthcare issues and major local announcements.

Support the next generation of marketing talent through proactive mentorship and succession planning, ensuring a high-performing, sustainable team culture.

Standardize marketing operations and accountability processes to ensure consistent, high-quality communication delivery across the entire market.

Requirements

Education

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Additional Preferences

A proven track record of managing large-scale marketing operations and multi-channel strategies, ideally within a complex healthcare or regulated environment.

Deep experience leading advanced digital engagement and communication platforms to meet measurable organizational objectives.
