Job Title: E-Commerce Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business across multiple platforms including marketplaces and our brand website. The ideal candidate should also have hands-on experience in digital marketing and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate online sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Brand Website, and other e-commerce platforms
• Product listing, pricing, catalog management, and inventory coordination
• Order processing, returns, and coordination with logistics partners
• Monitor sales performance, analyze reports, and drive growth
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Run and optimize paid ads on:
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads
• YouTube Ads
• Coordinate promotional offers, deals, and seasonal campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience handling Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms
• Basic to intermediate digital marketing knowledge
• Hands-on experience running Meta, Google, and YouTube ads
• Understanding of online sales metrics, ROAS, and conversions
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in managing a brand’s e-commerce operations
• Knowledge of SEO, product ranking, and marketplace algorithms
• Data-driven and growth-focused mind set

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & skills)

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)
