As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team at our Leesburg, VA Fulfillment Suite — someone who values precision, organization, and beautiful presentation as much as we do.

The Role

As our Fulfillment Coordinator, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring each order is prepared, packaged, and shipped with the care and polish our clients expect. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves organization, has an eye for detail, and finds satisfaction in creating an elevated, seamless experience from behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer orders with meticulous attention to detail and care, ensuring each package reflects the APERÇU standard of quality.
• Organize and maintain products on shelves with precision, ensuring inventory is accurately labeled and easily accessible.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with elegance and consistency, following company standards for presentation.
• Support inventory management, including stock counts, restocking, and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure all orders are shipped promptly, with tracking and follow-up to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to address any fulfillment-related inquiries or issues with poise and professionalism.
• Assist in generating reports on stock, orders, and shipments to support smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring workspace while upholding safety and operational standards.
• Conduct routine quality control checks to identify, document, and resolve any product inconsistencies or defects.
• Deliver outgoing packages to local postal carriers or shipping locations with reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment is a plus, though not required. Enthusiasm and attention to detail are what matter most.
• Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to work gracefully both independently and as part of a supportive team.
• Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive tasks, and standing while ensuring every item is handled with care.
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in order management systems; experience with Shopify or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and assist with occasional manual tasks, always maintaining care and precision.
• A discerning eye for presentation and pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing workspace.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
