- Building Trust: Engage with C-level executives from top retail and e-commerce firms to foster trusted relationships and drive strategic priorities that yield measurable results, like increased revenue and operational efficiency through AWS.
- Visionary Thinking: Promote an inspiring vision on how AI and cloud-native technologies can reshape commerce, motivating both customers and internal teams to seize transformative opportunities.
- Account Management: Take ownership of the sales and customer success cycles for key e-commerce accounts, driving pipeline growth, speeding up deal closure, and ensuring customers capture the full value of their AWS investments.
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, nurturing a culture of excellence and customer-first thinking that elevates organizational performance.
- Agility: Foster a sense of urgency in a fast-paced market and make quick, informed decisions to leverage emerging AI and e-commerce trends for competitive advantage.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology sales, business development, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience managing sales teams.
- Proven track record in hiring and leading teams specializing in enterprise customer acquisition and management.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years in direct sales or business development in software, cloud, or SaaS, focused on C-level executives.
- Experience in e-commerce, high-tech, or retail, preferably in management consulting.
- Skilled at engaging and influencing C-level executives, both business and technical.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA is highly desired.
Compensation and Benefits
Your compensation package may include sign-on bonuses, stock options, and sales incentives, with final compensation based on experience and qualifications. AWS contributes to comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) plans, and generous leave policies. The annual salary ranges depending on location, with specific figures for San Francisco ($205,700 - $278,200), Atlanta ($187,000 - $252,900), Boston ($187,000 - $252,900), and New York ($205,700 - $278,200).
