AlphaPay is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities**

1. Develop and Execute Digital Campaigns

o Design and implement online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, etc.).

o Optimize digital ads and landing pages for better user engagement and conversion rates.

o Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to improve campaign performance.

2. SEO & SEM

o Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic rankings and visibility.

o Manage and execute paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, etc.), ensuring they align with business objectives.

3. Social Media Marketing

o Manage company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including content creation, posting, and engagement with followers.

o Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic.

4. Email Marketing

o Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated drip sequences.

o Segment email lists and monitor email performance to optimize future campaigns.

5. Analytics & Reporting

o Analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.

o Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, offering actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

6. Content Creation & Strategy

o Collaborate with content teams to create engaging blog posts, videos, infographics, and other types of content.

o Ensure content is SEO-friendly and aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

7. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

o Identify opportunities to improve user experience (UX) and increase conversion rates on websites and landing pages.

o Work with the design and web teams to optimize site architecture and layout.

8. Stay Current with Digital Trends

o Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

o Recommend new strategies, platforms, and technologies to stay ahead of competitors.

Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads and Analytics certification.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Shopify.
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Experience in e-commerce or B2B/B2C marketing.

Mandarin Language Skills are considered an asset for this opportunity.

Location: Vancouver or Toronto Area

Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
