The Opportunity

The Growth Analytics & Global Media COE (Digital) team is part of the Growth Marketing Insights Organization. It enables worldwide business growth across categories through executional excellence, optimization, and actionable insights based on a unified media strategy.

Based in India, one of our key markets, this role will focus on delivering full-funnel marketing narratives and recommendations, based on multiple data sources, through a business lens. This is an exciting opportunity to combine critical thinking with applied analytics. You will transform data into actionable insights that drive agile and meaningful business growth for the Indian market. You will work closely with regional and global cross-functional teams, including Regional Marketing, Paid media, Data Scientists with Marketing Science, PMM, GTM and Finance.

The Role

  • Lead analysis and reporting on full-funnel marketing campaigns while deeply understanding the core strategy. Interpret marketing acquisition impact on business, from ad recall through business units and product usage. Work with cross-functional teams both locally and internationally.
  • Drive weekly campaign performance narratives across upper-funnel and performance marketing campaigns, reporting into executives on campaign performance for India.
  • Experience in influencing and communicating with senior team members and being able to constructively manage expectations and set the priorities for the insights team in the region.
  • Drive core areas of planning and forecasting for visits, units, and other important measures for paid media and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate directly with wider US teams specializing in Marketing Mix Modelling, Experimentation, Applied Analytics, and AI Strategy and Innovation. Work with them to interpret campaign performance and develop new measurement frameworks.
  • Build strong relationships with insights teams in APAC and US, to leverage findings and measurement frameworks for India.
  • Be an expert on Web and Mobile App analytics. Use that data to drive insights on campaign results, including user journey analysis and subscription-based products.
  • Manage running the business through quarterly spend forecasts, target setting for digital advertising efforts and weekly reporting
  • Prioritize marketing analytics resources by understanding the business needs and insights for driving growth.

About you

  • 8+ years demonstrated experience in marketing analytics, driving paid media measurement for large B2C brands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of articulating strategy and insights at every level of the company
  • Extensive background in marketing data analysis, especially in the areas of digital and mobile application analytics, audience insights, targeting, and personalisation as plus.
  • Strong analytical tools and skills, including augmented and agentic AI, Excel, Power BI, trend analysis, opportunity sizing, A/B test reading and impact assessment. SQL skills are preferred.
  • Strategic problem solver: Adopts a complete perspective that considers data, analytics, customer insights, and different parts of the business when making recommendations.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Builds strong, positive relationships with colleagues and business partners by working collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives. Communicates with energy and positivity, while motivating, influencing, and inspiring commitment and action.
