Job Purpose

  • To drive regional commercial growth by developing and executing localized marketing strategies, segment plans, geo-marketing initiatives, trade visibility programs, activations, and business intelligence in line with corporate objectives and the One City One Strategy approach. The role is responsible for owning key regional KPIs including market share, customer base, revenue, ARPU, churn, subscriber growth, new business streams, and successful launch and performance of new products and offers.

Job Responsibilities

1. Regional Segmentation

  • Develop region-specific segment strategies aligned with One City One Strategy, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and network realities.
  • Identify priority segments, underserved markets, and growth opportunities, and recommend the right product, offer, and channel mix.
  • Coordinate with HQ, Marketing, and Network teams to align segment development and commercial priorities with coverage and capacity plans.

2. Geo Marketing Planning

  • Lead geo-marketing, grid-level planning, and commercial area prioritization to identify high-potential opportunities for subscriber and revenue growth.
  • Support site planning from a commercial perspective by assessing market potential, site profitability, expected revenue contribution, ROI, and payback of new sites and capacity additions.
  • Track area and site performance versus business case and recommend corrective actions for underperforming zones or investments.

3. Scenario Marketing

  • Identify and develop localized revenue opportunities in priority scenarios such as universities, hospitals, malls, tourist areas, residential clusters, and enterprise pockets.
  • Support regional growth of home and fixed-wireless products, including FTTH and FWA, through targeted market development, channel readiness, and localized go-to-market initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve channel, network, and promotional effectiveness in targeted scenarios.
  • Support development of new business streams and localized go-to-market initiatives to accelerate regional growth.

4. Trade Marketing Operations

  • Ensure strong in-market execution of trade marketing activities, branding visibility, and POSM deployment across the region.
  • Manage regional trade media, in-store/retail branding, and field visibility standards to support product awareness, conversion, and channel effectiveness.
  • Optimize trade marketing resources and provide local market feedback to strengthen execution quality.

5. Activations & OOH

  • Plan and execute regional activations, BTL campaigns, and local OOH initiatives to support product launches, promotions, and brand visibility.
  • Ensure effective regional rollout of HQ-led campaigns and develop local activation plans to achieve commercial targets.
  • Monitor execution, uptake, and ROI of campaigns and recommend improvements based on business results.

6. Business Intelligence

  • Generate actionable market, customer, and competitor insights to support planning, gap identification, and decision-making.
  • Monitor key KPIs including revenue, ARPU, customer base, churn, market share, bundles penetration, usage trends, and campaign performance at regional level.
  • Prepare regular dashboards and performance reports, highlighting risks, whitespace opportunities, and recovery actions.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education

  • In principle have a minimum of Bachelors Degree or above

Work Experience

  • Should have preferably 6 to 7 years of relevant experience
