LaSalle Network is partnering with a growing organization to hire a UKG Payroll & HR Transformation Consultant for a critical Shared Services initiative. This UKG Payroll & HR Transformation Consultant will play a central role in aligning payroll operations, optimizing systems and building scalable processes across HR and Finance.

This is a unique opportunity for a UKG Payroll & HR Transformation Consultant who excels at building structure, influencing leadership and driving meaningful transformation quickly.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end payroll and HR transformation strategy
• Establish best practices for HR and Finance ownership models
• Support UKG system consolidation and integrations
• Analyze current-state processes and implement scalable solutions
• Develop a detailed 90-day roadmap with clear milestones
• Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leadership
• Drive change management and stakeholder alignment

• Extensive experience with UKG systems
• Background in transformation, integration or operating model design
• Strong consulting mindset with autonomous execution ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
• Experience within multi-entity organizations
