Overview

The sport and culture around golf continue to explode with content and social media more important than ever before. Here at Tharanco Lifestyles, we manage two brands with a strong heritage in golf and firm positioning in the apparel landscape. Our Greg Norman Collection features the iconic Shark logo and an assortment spanning a golf vacation lifestyle, while Dunning merges technical engineering with sophisticated design to produce premium styles for 18 and beyond.

We are looking for a passionate team player who can merge strategy and creative to drive unprecedented awareness, engagement, and growth for our divisional brands. Our ideal candidate has the skills and experience to effectively manage our social accounts while also contributing to creative and content production. This person must be able to effectively collaborate across multiple business functions and deliver on broader business strategies.

Requirements

· 3-5 years successfully managing social media and content creation for a retail or direct-to-customer brand

· Fluency in paid and organic social media strategy, analysis, and measurement/KPIs

· Experience shooting, editing, and executing basic photography and videography needs

· Available to be in our New York office 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday)when not traveling to events, trade shows, outlet stores, and/or key accounts

· Passion for golf and familiarity with the golf space is a plus

Responsibilities

This role supports our DTC team in elevating our overall brand presence in the marketplace to drive awareness, engagement, and acquisition. They will:

· Partner with the DTC team to plan and strategize our social media approach (paid and organic) within broader brand/business strategies

· Execute organic posts across all social media channels

· Collaborate with our digital agency partner(s) on paid social strategy

· Help develop and deliver compelling content concepts with a focus on business priorities and driving consumer engagement

· Shoot and edit basic photo and video content, as needed

· Provide content and social media coverage for key events

· Assist with influencer talent relationships

· Analyze and report on social media performance

Skills

· Fluency in Social Media Platforms i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, TikTok

· Fluency in Social Media Management tools i.e. Sprout, Sprinklr

· Basic photography and videography skills

· Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
