TikTok Ads & Performance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a
- *TikTok Ads Specialist**
with a heavy operational focus to drive growth for a stealth, high-growth AI venture. While this role involves creator recruitment, your primary objective is
- *paid performance**
. We need an operator who knows how to identify high-converting talent, onboard them for advertising use cases, and—most importantly—
- *scale those assets within TikTok Ads Manager.**
You should be a power user of Spark Ads and understand the technical bridge between creator content and ROI.
- *Responsibilities
- Paid Media Scaling:**
Lead the setup, optimization, and aggressive scaling of TikTok ad campaigns. You know how to manage budgets, bidding strategies (Cost Cap vs.
Lowest
Cost), and creative testing frameworks.
- Spark Ads Management:
Own the technical "handshake" between creators and the brand. This includes managing
- *Spark Codes**
, whitelisting, and usage rights.
- Performance-First Recruitment:
Use the
- *TikTok Creator Marketplace (TTCM)**
and Instagram APIs to identify and recruit creators specifically for their ability to drive ad conversions.
- Creative Analytics:
Analyze ad performance to provide feedback to creators, ensuring the next round of content is optimized for hook rate and CTR.
- Operational Training (If Consulting):
Train our internal team on the "back-end" of TikTok Ads Manager and TTCM, focusing on scaling "hacks" and avoiding common platform pitfalls.
- *Qualifications
- Ads Manager Mastery:**
Proven track record of scaling budgets on TikTok. You understand the "Learning Phase," how to combat ad fatigue, and how to structure a winning account.
- Technical Platform Knowledge:
Deep, recent experience with the
- *TikTok Creator Marketplace**
and
- *Instagram Creator tools**
specifically for ad authorization and whitelisting.
- Data-Driven:
You live in the dashboard. You can articulate the relationship between a creator's style and the resulting CPA/ROAS.
- Execution-Focused:
You are a "doer" who can handle the manual work of outreach when necessary, but your eyes are always on the performance metrics.
- *Preferred Skills
- Experience with
- *TikTok Shop
or
- *TikTok One Business account.
- Familiarity with attribution tools and third-party growth platforms (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Grin).
