WHO ARE WE?
We consider ourselves an ambitious App business, currently standing at around 25 people strong we have big plans for growth in 2026!! We specialise in integrated and seamless products on subscription basis all through mobile app journeys. Operating mainly in the consumer sector, we take a scientific approach to digital marketing, this involves a lot of hypothesis testing that helps us predict results for our teams. This allows us to reduce the risk of overspending by making results as predictable and controlled as possible. We pride ourselves on our culture and believe that we have created a great working environment. We are now looking to further boost our subscriber number and looking for a Paid Ads Manager to join the team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Coming in as our expert in all things Paid Ads across Meta and Google you will take the lead on a number of our channels and accounts to drive new App downloads. You will work to develop Paid strategies including defining and communicating the appropriate KPIs that performance will be measured against. Working effectively with the new customers team, you will support them, in delivering key aspects of work, these includes creating new digital campaigns focused around new features and product offerings. You will manage your own budgets and carefully and responsibly adhere to internal processes to avoid any under or over spending. This is a stakeholder facing role where you will be excepted to gauge the CEO's satisfaction and escalate any potential revenue issues.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE...
- 2 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience in Paid Media, Google, Meta, Paid Social , Strategies, Budget Management,
- Experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google + Meta for subscription based products
- The ability to manage your own responsibilities whilst also addressing the needs and concerns of the wider team.
