Our client partners with world-class clients to deliver exceptional digital marketing performance. We are seeking a Digital Account Manager with a specialization in AI-driven marketing and performance strategy to join our growing team.

Working closely with our Ad Operations and Strategy teams, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, guiding campaign execution, and leveraging automation, data, and AI tools to improve campaign performance.

This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, understands the evolving landscape of AI, search, and paid media, and is passionate about delivering measurable results.

You will act as the strategic bridge between clients and our internal execution teams, ensuring campaigns are executed flawlessly while continuously identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

Responsibilities

Client Strategy & Relationship & Relationship

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Translate client goals into actionable digital marketing strategies.
  • Present campaign insights, reporting, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations to execute campaigns across paid search, social, programmatic, and display.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and performance across all deliverables.

Data, Analytics & Optimization

  • Interpret campaign analytics and performance reports provided by the Ad Operations team.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization, growth, and efficiency.
  • Communicate data insights clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

AI & Marketing Automation

  • Utilize modern AI tools and automation platforms to improve campaign workflows and efficiency.
  • Assist in implementing AI-driven reporting, audience insights, and campaign optimization.
  • Support initiatives involving SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and emerging LLM-driven search strategies.
  • Stay current with evolving AI technologies that enhance digital marketing performance.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams including Ad Operations, Creative, Strategy, and Leadership.
  • Ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Support internal process improvements through automation and digital innovation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5/6+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media.
  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and digital campaigns.
  • Google Ads Certifications (current).
  • Experience working with performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Ability to work remotely while attending virtual meetings with clients across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and emerging AI search strategies.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign performance data.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
