Digital Content Publishing QA Lead

We’re partnering with a leading insurance company to find a talented Digital Content Publishing QA Lead. This role is based in a hybrid setup, primarily working from home, with a focus on quality assurance for digital publishing content. The position offers a temporary engagement lasting approximately 7 to 12 months, supporting a dynamic marketing team. Ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a passion for ensuring content accuracy and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Digital Content Publishing QA Lead Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of web pages, landing pages, forms, and emails to identify and correct errors, including typos, formatting issues, and broken links.
• Ensure all digital content adheres to brand standards, style guides, and design specifications, maintaining consistency across platforms.
• Perform cross-browser and device testing to verify a uniform user experience and accessibility compliance, including ADA standards.
• Develop, update, and enforce standardized QA checklists and review procedures to maintain quality standards.
• Create comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions for content authors and publishers to uphold publishing best practices.

Digital Content Publishing QA Lead Qualifications:

• Demonstrated proofreading expertise with some editing experience supporting digital standards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience reviewing digital marketing or web content with a focus on accuracy and formatting.
• Proven ability to enforce process protocols diplomatically and consistently.
• Strong communication skills and experience developing documentation and training materials.
