Marketbridge is seeking anSEO Manager.
Tolead the development, execution, and performance of comprehensive SEO strategies for a diverse portfolio of B2B clients.
You willbe responsible for developing comprehensive
SEOstrategiesacross allkey pillars(Content, off-page, and technical SEO) for our clients, as well as collaborating across departments to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
You’llbe a key decision-maker in driving client success and agency growth through successful organic search strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic SEO Development & Execution
- Develop long-term SEO strategies for high-profile B2B clients,incorporatingbusinessobjectives, target audience needs, and industry best practices
- Develop high-level SEO roadmaps that incorporate keySEOpillar(content, off-page, technical) to drive search visibility and traffic
- Implement on-page, off-pageand technical SEO recommendations
- Drive the development and execution of content strategies, collaborating with content, design, andwebdevelopment teams to create SEO-optimized, high-performing content.
- Adjust strategies as needed toaddress emerging SEO trends and search engine algorithm changes
Client Relationship & Communication
- Serve as the SEO subject matter expert and primary point of contact for key clients, providing strategic guidance and leadership, with the support of a direct supervisor
- Manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring SEO goals andperformanceare clearly communicated, met, and exceeded
- Present deliverable sand reports for clients,highlighting SEO performance,incorporating KPIs,andprovidingactionablenext steps
Data-Driven Decision Making & Performance Reporting:
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics4, Google Search Console) and SEMtools (SEMrush,Ahrefs) tomonitor, track, and report SEO performance.
- Utilize data to drive actionable insights,identify areas for improvement, and optimize
SEO strategies continuously.
- Establishbenchmarksand monitor KPIs to assessperformanceandoptimizeefforts for continuous growth.
Innovation & Process Improvement
- Developan environment of innovation,incorporating new trends,tactics, technologies, and strategies to successfully address SEO in 2025
- Establish and refine SEO processes todriveefficiencyand consistency across the Search team
- Be a thought leader for SEO and changes happening in that space including, AI Search, cross-channel opportunities, andidentifynew tools that can be leveraged.
Desired Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of SEO experience, ideally within a B2B environment
- Provenexpertiseindevelopinglarge-scale SEOstrategiesthat drive measurable results for clients
- Extensive experience with Analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console) as well as industry-standard
SEOplatforms (SEMrush,Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, andothers)
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and the ability toremain nimble to address changes in the search industry
Leadership & Communication
- Strongcollaborationskills,including cross-departmental knowledge sharing
- Excellent client-facing skills, with experience in presenting to senior executives and stakeholders and building long-term client relationships
