We are seeking a strategic Social Media & Marketing professional who understands luxury positioning, ethical persuasion, and full-funnel marketing.

This is not a trend-driven content role.

This is brand building.

What You’ll Own

• Develop and execute a strategic content plan aligned with business goals
• Design and manage a clear marketing funnel (awareness → nurture → consult → retention)
• Create educational short-form videos
• Capture high-quality in-office content (HIPAA compliant)
• Write intelligently
• Optimize profile positioning, CTAs, and conversion pathways
• Support email marketing and lead nurturing strategy
• Track meaningful KPIs (consult bookings, conversion rates, retention)
• Protect and elevate brand positioning at all times
• Communicate and coordinate with paid marketing team as needed

Required

• Proven understanding of marketing funnels and conversion strategy
• Experience marketing luxury medspa, plastic surgery, or medical practice with ethical marketing standards
• Strong copywriting skills grounded in psychology and ethics
• Ability to translate complex treatments into digestible education
• Comfort analyzing performance data and adjusting strategy
• Discretion, professionalism, and brand sensitivity
