We’re now looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team and play a key role in driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling marketing services.

Role Overview

This is not a typical marketing role.

You will work closely with our internal sales team to:

• Identify opportunities within existing and new client accounts
• Strategically recommend marketing services (SEO, PPC, Email, Social)
• Help close deals by providing expert insights and confidence

You are both a strategist and a revenue driver.

Duties

• Develop tailored digital marketing strategies for clients
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services
• Audit client performance and recommend growth plans
• Work directly with the sales team during client discussions
• Join discovery calls and present marketing strategies
• Support proposal development and closing
• Guide internal teams on SEO, PPC, email, and social campaigns
• Ensure strategies are aligned with client goals and ROI
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize accordingly

Experience

• Proven experience in:
• SEO (technical + on-page + strategy)
• Google Ads / PPC campaigns
• Email marketing (flows, automation, conversion)
• Social media marketing (paid + organic)
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels & ROI-driven marketing
• Ability to identify revenue opportunities quickly
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confident in client-facing environments
• Strong analytical mindset (data-driven decision making)
• Experience with Shopify / eCommerce brands
• Google Analytics, Search Console
• HubSpot / CRM systems
• Klaviyo / email automation platforms
• Experience working in an agency environment
