Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns across various funnel stages.
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to build strong targeting foundations.
  • Write effective ad copy and collaborate on creative direction.
  • Analyze daily performance metrics and implement optimizations to achieve KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.).
  • Prepare performance reports and communicate insights clearly.
  • Develop and test new strategies, audiences, creatives, and bid structures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for strategy reviews and campaign planning.
  • Maintain structured documentation and follow internal paid media processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization tactics.
  • Skilled in writing compelling ad copy for testing and scaling.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Proactive communicator who can work independently in a remote setting.
  • Comfortable working during U.S.-aligned hours and managing deadlines.
