Summary
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our online marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, SEO, and paid online targeting ads. The ideal candidate will also enhance organic advertising strategies to maximize online presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage Google Ads and social media ad campaigns across various platforms.
- Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Manage and analyze paid online targeting ads to ensure efficient budget allocation and maximum ROI.
- Enhance organic advertising efforts, including content marketing, social media engagement, and brand awareness strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize Google Business listings to improve local search visibility and engagement.
- Oversee and maintain social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and audience growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing strategies with business goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Analytics & Attribution
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Ensure robust attribution by employing advanced server-side tracking practices.
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets on a monthly basis, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs such as conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and technical teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Partner with affiliate networks and external agencies to expand our digital reach.
Strategic Innovation
- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies to continuously refine our marketing strategy.
- Recommend new digital channels and tactics that drive growth and enhance public service engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Google Ads, SEO, social media ads, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.
- Experience managing campaigns through Meta Business and other social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a strong record of multi-channel campaign management.
- Google Ads and SEO certifications.
- Experience with content marketing and organic social media growth strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to sit for long periods in an office setting
- May on occasion be required to exert physical effort involving lifting/moving objects that may weigh 20 pounds, stooping, reaching, carrying and pushing.
