In this position...

Working within the FCNA Transformation Office, the Transformation Manager is responsible for orchestrating complex, interdependent workstreams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to deliver enterprise transformation objectives.

This role operates at the program level, ensuring alignment across business, product and technology teams, driving execution against the Transformation Milestone Plan (TMP) and enabling delivery of Program Increment (PI) objectives and key business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with a preference for individuals who have previously served as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or Scrum Master and have progressed into program or transformation leadership roles.

What you’ll do…

  • Program Integration and Alignment: Orchestrate delivery across multiple workstreams and ARTs, ensuring alignment to enterprise transformation priorities and sequencing of key deliverables.
  • Execution Oversight and Outcome Delivery: Monitor and drive execution against program milestones and PI objectives, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned to expected business outcomes.
  • Cross-Workstream and Cross-ART Dependency Management: Identify, manage, and resolve interdependencies, risks, issues and constraints across workstreams and ARTs, escalating as needed to maintain program momentum.
  • Executive Reporting and Insights: Develop and own rollup reporting and performance scorecards, translating complex delivery data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Leadership and Communication: Serve as a key liaison between Workstream DRIs/Project Managers, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Program Leadership, and Transformation Office functions (Governance, Organizational Change Management), ensuring alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Governance and Execution Discipline: Reinforce consistent program governance and execution standards, leveraging SAFe constructs (e.g., PI objectives, milestones) to enable alignment and transparency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify systemic delivery challenges and drive improvements across workstreams and ARTs to enhance execution effectiveness and program outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Teaming: Partner with peer Transformation Managers to manage cross-program dependencies and provide support as needed, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

You’ll have…

  • 3 + years proven experience leading large-scale, complex programs with multiple interdependent workstreams and/or Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
  • Strong experience operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment, with the ability to translate Agile execution into program-level outcomes and insights.
  • Preferred experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or Scrum Master, with demonstrated progression into program or transformation leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively at both program and executive levels, including governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Expertise in dependency management, integrated planning, and risk/issue mitigation across complex, matrixed environments.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-ready messaging.
  • Proven ability to drive accountability and results across teams without direct authority.
  • Experience with Agile and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).

Even better, you may have…

  • SAFe certification (e.g., RTE, Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist) preferred.
  • Preferred experience building and maintaining Power BI and Jira dashboards, with the ability to translate delivery data into actionable insights and executive-level reporting.
