Job Summary

Duties

• Build and improve eCommerce websites (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
• Assist with SEO audits and on-page optimisation
• Create and refine website and product content
• Support digital marketing campaigns and strategy
• Help optimise user experience and conversion performance
• Assist with technical troubleshooting and IT-related tasks

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Web Development (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP)
• Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, email marketing, content strategy)
• Knowledge of SEO principles, including metadata optimisation and content strategy
• Knowledge of eCommerce (product pages, shopping cart optimisation, inventory setup)
• Experience with social media management tools is a plus
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
