As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be a vital consultant and the face of our premium brand. Your role is to educate homeowners about our roofing solutions, demonstrating how we can address their most pressing needs.

What You Will Be Doing (Primary Responsibilities)

• Generate Leads: Walk through assigned neighborhoods to engage potential customers.
• Educate & Consult: Introduce homeowners to Erie Home's offerings and schedule them for a free, no-obligation estimate with our Outside Sales team.
• Provide Exceptional Service: Ensure every interaction reflects the high standards and professionalism of Erie Home.
• Achieve Goals: Meet individual and team objectives each week, with compensation reflecting your success!

(Transportation provided for neighborhood routes.)

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday-Thursday, 11 AM-8 PM; Saturday: 10 AM-4 PM (Some Fridays may rotate with Saturdays)

Requirements

• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Friendly and outgoing personality, comfortable initiating conversations.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various conditions (extended walking/standing required).
• Quick learner, open to coaching, and maintain a positive, resilient attitude.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (18 years of age).
