About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing, Promotion & Advertising Specialist to help launch and grow the new brand. This is a startup role, ideal for someone who is resourceful, creative, and comfortable with the dynamic responsibility.

What You’ll Do ( Independently or with Other Specialists)

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for a new product launch
• Plan and manage social media campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and oversee digital advertising (Meta, Google, etc.)
• Coordinate influencer and content collaborations
• Assist with brand messaging, positioning, and storytelling
• Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns
• Explore cost effective growth strategies and new channels

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in marketing, advertising, or brand promotion
• Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing and hands on experience creating content
• Creative thinker with a startup mindset
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• Budget conscious with a focus on ROI and efficiency
• Interest in consumer products, fashion, or safety products is a plus
