Job Title: Digital Technology Systems Manager - Finance / SAP S/4HANA Transformation Lead

Client: Consulting Group

Work location: Remote Role in PST hours

Duration: 06 months (Good potential of extension or conversion based on performance)

Pay Range: ($75 - $80) hourly

About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced SAP leader to drive the implementation and delivery of SAP S/4HANA and related finance solutions supporting enterprise Finance processes (Record-to-Report).
• This role will lead large-scale programs, partner with business stakeholders, and deliver scalable, high-impact digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations (design, build, test, deploy, hypercare)
• Manage cross-functional teams (internal + vendors) across global environments
• Drive solution design for Finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Close & Consolidation)
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Partner with business leaders to align IT solutions with strategic objectives
• Establish best practices, governance, and scalable delivery frameworks
• Lead cutover, go-live, and hypercare support
• Provide strategic guidance on SAP capabilities and digital technologies (APIs, automation, RPA, etc.)
• Drive stakeholder communication, change management, and adoption

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of IT experience (consulting, industry, or product-based)
• 7+ years leading SAP/S/4HANA implementations
• Proven experience delivering SAP Finance (FICO) solutions across:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting
• Close & Consolidation
• Strong understanding of integration with SD, MM, Procurement, and Supply Chain
• Experience managing global teams and multiple vendors
• Prior involvement in full-cycle SAP implementations

Preferred Skills

• Program management certification (PMP or equivalent)
• Experience with S/4HANA transformation programs
• Knowledge of modern digital technologies (APIs, RPA, automation, ML)
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to drive strategy, governance, and business transformation
