We are currently looking for a Transformation Lead with Procure to Pay subject Matter expert to join our growing team.

Process Assessment & Redesign

• Conduct current-state diagnostics of P2P processes including requisitioning, PO management, goods receipt, invoice matching, and payment execution
• Design future-state process blueprints tailored to bottling and filling operations, packaging procurement, and MRO (maintenance, repair & operations) purchasing
• Identify bottlenecks in three-way match failures, vendor master data gaps, and maverick spend patterns common in bottling environments

Advisory & Recommendations

• Deliver structured recommendations on P2P operating models, approval hierarchies, and supplier segmentation strategies
• Advise on contract management practices for key commodity categories (sugar, CO₂, aluminum, glass, PET resin)
• Benchmark client P2P KPIs (cycle time, PO compliance rate, early payment discounts captured) against beverage CPG industry standards

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in P2P process consulting or transformation roles
• Deep understanding of beverage bottling or food & beverage manufacturing procurement cycles, including direct materials (packaging, ingredients) and indirect/MRO procurement
• Hands-on experience with SAP MM/FI (S/4HANA preferred) or Oracle Procurement Cloud / Fusion; able to advise on configuration gaps without being a technical implementer
• Proven track record delivering P2P assessments, process design documents, and implementation roadmaps
• Strong knowledge of AP automation, three-way matching, vendor master governance, and payment terms optimization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with bottling franchise models (e.g., Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, or independent bottlers)
• Familiarity with commodity procurement volatility in beverage inputs (resins, aluminum, CO₂)
• Exposure to ERP such as S/4HANA,Ariba, Coupa, procurement platforms
• APICS CSCP, ISM CPSM, or equivalent certification
