Job Type: Full-time Permanent

Pay: $80,000 – $110,000 + 15% performance-based bonus

  • Automatic eligibility to participate in the Company’s stock option plan after six (6) months of continuous employment

Summary Of The Role

We are seeking a Director of Digital Marketing and Client Experience—a seasoned, client-focused executive leader responsible for owning and elevating the end-to-end client journey, including the alignment of client experience with digital marketing performance and strategy. This is a senior leadership role accountable for client satisfaction, retention, expansion, and operational excellence across all client-facing functions.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of progressive leadership experience, with direct exposure to client management, solutions delivery, sales collaboration, and operational execution in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment, along with a strong understanding of digital marketing and its impact on client success.

Key Responsibilities

Client Experience Leadership

  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end client experience across onboarding, implementation, support, growth, and renewal
  • Act as an executive escalation point for high-impact client issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution
  • Build trusted relationships with key enterprise and strategic clients
  • Ensure client success strategies are aligned with digital marketing performance and ROI expectations

Cross-Functional Execution

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Technology to ensure seamless client delivery
  • Align client experience strategy with revenue growth, retention, expansion, and marketing performance goals
  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights that influence product, service, and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaign effectiveness, client adoption, and measurable outcomes

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing client-facing teams across Customer Success, Account Management, and related functions
  • Establish clear performance metrics, accountability frameworks, and operating rhythms
  • Drive a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and client-centric execution
  • Ensure teams understand and support digital marketing initiatives tied to client success

Operational Excellence

  • Design and optimize processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and client outcomes
  • Leverage data, KPIs, and dashboards (including marketing performance metrics) to proactively manage client health
  • Ensure predictable delivery and high standards of service as the business scales

What We’re Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience leading client-facing teams in a solutions-based environment
  • Must have experience managing Customer Success teams
  • Demonstrated exposure to client management, sales partnership, operations, and delivery
  • Proven, verifiable North American leadership experience
  • Background in SaaS required, including oversight of implementations and training teams
  • Strong exposure to Digital Marketing is preferred
  • Experience working in or with a marketing agency is a strong asset
