About the internship

1. Handle customer queries and support via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email in a timely and professional manner

2. Assist in updating product listings, pricing, and inventory on the website (florich.in)

3. Manage product listings and run advertisements on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other e-commerce platforms to optimize visibility and drive sales

4. Coordinate with the marketing team for product promotions, offers, and campaigns

5. Monitor and maintain records of orders, returns, and exchanges

6. Support in managing Instagram DMs, comments, and overall customer engagement

7. Assist in identifying trends and suggesting ideas to improve sales and customer experience

8. Work on basic data tracking (sales, customer feedback, order issues) and report insights

• 1. Candidates who have prior experience in managing product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
• 2. Basic understanding or hands-on experience in running paid advertisements on e-commerce platforms
• 3. Familiarity with seller dashboards, product uploads, and optimization techniques will be preferred
• 4. Candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
