Digital Marketing Manager (B2B - Based in Auckland)
Argyll ScottOur client is an international textile company and is seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to drive end-to‑end digital execution across web, e‑commerce, CRM, and analytics. This role sits at the intersection of digital performance including website transformation, marketplace optimisation, data‑driven marketing strategies, and commercial impact, supporting a business transition toward a more B2B‑focused model.
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end digital execution across website, e‑commerce, CRM, and data analytics to support commercial growth and B2B transformation
- Lead website migration and consolidation, ensuring strong SEO performance, seamless UX, and effective collaboration with external developers
- Optimize marketplace performance (e.g., Walmart or similar platforms), improving product visibility, conversion, and content effectiveness
- Analyze digital and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities and implement continuous performance improvements
- Own CRM and email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation, campaign execution, and performance tracking
- Ensure data quality, compliance, and strong deliverability while continuously improving engagement through testing and insights
- Build and leverage AI‑driven tools and workflows to enhance market intelligence, competitor tracking, and marketing efficiency
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision‑making
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align digital initiatives with business objectives
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights and performance reports for senior stakeholders
Key Requirements
- 4-6 years in digital marketing with hands‑on experience in SEO, web analytics, content, and email marketing
- Experience supporting or leading website migration/replatforming with strong SEO understanding
- Experience managing e-commerce/marketplace platforms (e.g., Walmart, Amazon or similar)
- Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo (or equivalent CRM/email tools)
- Proficient in GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs)
- Experience using AI tools to build structured, repeatable workflows
- Strong data handling skills (segmentation, data hygiene, compliance)
- Self‑starter with ability to work in lean teams and present insights to senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skill
