They are looking for a strong heavy hitter that has previously done Salesforce to ServiceNow Transformations.
Position Summary
We are seeking a senior Contract Program Manager to lead a company wide enterprise platform transformation spanning ServiceNow, Salesforce, client portals, service delivery, automation, and enterprise taxonomy.
This role owns end to end program leadership for a multi year, multi workstream transformation that fundamentally reshapes how service delivery, client engagement, and internal operations are executed. The Program Manager will operate as a single point of orchestration across business, IT, vendors, and executive stakeholders, ensuring disciplined execution, risk management, and measurable outcomes.
This is not a staff augmentation PM role. We are specifically looking for someone who has led large scale transformations before, understands how to sequence complex platform moves, and can manage ambiguity while driving clarity and momentum.
Program Scope (Core Initiatives)
The Program Manager will lead and coordinate the following major initiatives as a single integrated transformation program:
- Migration of L4 service delivery from Salesforce (SFDC) to ServiceNow
- Transition of the existing Mendix client portal to a ServiceNow based client portal
- Build out of client facing ITSM service catalogs in ServiceNow, including migration from CSM to ITSM
- Enablement of ServiceNow automation, No Assist, and AI driven workflows
- Definition and rollout of a new, company wide product and service taxonomy
- Greenfield implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud for Sales, Marketing, and Account Management
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Governance
- Own the overall transformation roadmap, sequencing, and delivery plan across all workstreams.
- Establish and run program governance, including executive steering cadence, decision forums, and escalation paths.
- Ensure alignment between platform strategy, business priorities, architecture guardrails, and delivery execution.
- Drive clarity on what is changing, what is being retired, and what success looks like at each phase.
Cross Platform & Cross Functional Orchestration
- Coordinate work across ServiceNow, Salesforce, portal, integration, data, and automation teams.
- Manage dependencies between business teams (Service Delivery, Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) and IT functions.
- Function as the primary integrator across internal teams, SI partners, and vendors.
- Prevent siloed delivery by enforcing program level sequencing and accountability.
Execution, Risk & Delivery Management
- Own integrated plans, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risk across parallel workstreams.
- Drive disciplined execution while adapting plans based on real world constraints.
- Ensure transformations are delivered in phases that reduce risk and maintain business continuity.
Stakeholder & Executive Engagement
- Partner closely with executive sponsors and senior leaders to drive alignment and decision making.
- Translate complex platform and delivery topics into clear executive level narratives.
- Manage competing priorities and expectations while keeping the program moving forward.
Change Enablement & Adoption
- Ensure transformation plans include operational readiness, adoption, and change management, not just technical delivery.
- Drive clarity on ownership, operating models, and post go live accountability.
- Ensure new platforms and processes are adopted, not just implemented.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading large scale enterprise programs or transformations.
- Proven track record delivering multi platform, multi year transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and complexity.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow led transformations, including ITSM, service catalogs, portals, automation, and AI enablement.
- Experience leading Salesforce implementations, including greenfield or major reset deployments (Sales Cloud preferred).
- Experience modernizing or consolidating client portals and enterprise front door experiences.
- Understanding of enterprise taxonomy, service models, and operating model design.
