Shopify and Email Marketer (B2B E-Commerce)

- *Role Overview**
We are looking for a
- *Shopify Ecommerce Specialist**
with strong technical and commercial experience to
- *own, optimise, and scale**
our Shopify store. You will be responsible for performance, conversion, automation, and integrations across the ecommerce ecosystem.
- *Key Responsibilities:
- *Advanced Shopify Management
- Own end-to-end Shopify store operations (catalogues, collections, pricing, variants, bulk edits)
- Manage advanced Shopify apps (subscriptions, bundles, upsells, B2B pricing, wholesale apps)
- Implement Shopify
- *B2B / Wholesale features**
, trade accounts, and gated pricing
- Handle Shopify migrations, upgrades, and feature rollouts
- Ensure inventory sync, order flows, and fulfilment logic are accurate
- *Conversion & Performance Optimisation
- Analyse funnel drop-offs and optimise product pages, collections, and checkout
- Improve AOV via bundles, cross-sells, and cart optimisation
- Improve visual hierarchy and mobile UX
- Monitor site speed, errors, and technical SEO fundamentals
- *Email & Lifecycle Marketing (Advanced)
- Build and optimise email flows (abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back)
- Segment customers based on behaviour, geography, and order value
- Run campaign calendars aligned with product drops and seasonal sales
- Integrate email marketing deeply with Shopify data (Klaviyo preferred)
- *Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key metrics
- Use Shopify analytics + GA4 to identify growth opportunities
- Support forecasting for stock, launches, and promotions
- *Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of
- *advanced Shopify experience**
(not basic)
- Strong understanding of Shopify
- *Liquid basics**
, apps, and workflows
- Experience with
- *Shopify Plus or B2B features**
(preferred)
- Hands-on experience with
- *Mailchimp or similar email platforms
- Proven ability to optimise conversion rates and performance
- Comfortable working independently and owning ecommerce outcomes
- *Nice to Have (Strong Plus)
- Experience in
- *fashion, modestwear, or wholesale ecommerce
- Understanding of international ecommerce (multi-currency, shipping, duties)
- Exposure to Meta / Google Ads landing page optimisation
- Experience working with warehouses or fulfilment partners
