To own the research, optimization, content creation, keywords creation, earned media & linking, and testing process of all SEO efforts from webpage development and maintenance to content writing/creation, to SEM oversight, etc.Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES : • Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings which ultimately lead to new user acquisition • Identify and utilize SEO keywords and topics to use throughout our website to promote each of our services • Write compelling and high-quality website content based on industry insights, news, and developments • Run technical SEO audits that guarantee the site is compliant with the latest best practices • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance • Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings • Other tasks assigned as needed Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields required • SEO certification desired • Digital Marketing certification desired • Content Writing certification desired Experience: • 3 years of experience in web development beyond WordPress • 3 years of experience in content creation for social media platforms, blogs, articles, newsletters, e-mail marketing, etc. • 3 years of experience in managing SEO, SEM and SEMrush in diverse industries Competencies: • C2 level of written and spoken English proficiency • Advanced and compelling communication in both written and spoken • Organized and dependable • Analytical thinking • Data-driven • Results driven • Partnership building • Proficient at SEMrush, Google Analytics & Search Console Monthly Compensation: • Based on experience and competencies Selection Process: • Initial get-to-know video recording • Competency-based interview • Behavioral assessments • Technical assessments including portfolio delivery • Final interview with CEO Applicants looking for a long-term career from anywhere in ASIA are welcome to apply for this fully remote opportunity.
