You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other online platforms. Key duties include managing social media presence, creating compelling content, optimizing online advertising, analyzing campaign performance, and managing the marketing budget. This position requires strong analytical skills to track KPIs, measure ROI, and derive insights to refine marketing efforts. Collaboration with the marketing team, creative departments, and external partners will be crucial for success. The ability to stay ahead of digital marketing trends and adapt strategies for the fast-paced entertainment industry is essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote events, productions, and brand initiatives. Manage and grow social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) to increase engagement and reach. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, videos, and graphics. Plan, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads). Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive ticket sales. Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and audience engagement using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling visual assets. Stay current with digital marketing trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in the arts and entertainment industry. Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on the arts or entertainment industry. Proven experience developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. Strong proficiency in social media management, content creation, and community engagement. Expertise in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms. Experience with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools. Proficient in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
