This is a fully remote, key role for our client, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States. You will be instrumental in shaping our online presence, driving organic traffic, and enhancing brand visibility through strategic content development and cutting-edge SEO practices.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic across all digital platforms. Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend monitoring to identify new opportunities. Oversee the creation and optimization of high-quality, engaging content across various formats (blog posts, articles, infographics, videos) aligned with SEO best practices and target audience needs. Manage and mentor a team of content creators and SEO specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing remote environment. Implement and monitor website technical SEO audits, identifying and resolving issues related to site architecture, crawlability, and indexability. Analyze website performance data using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, social media, and PR, to ensure integrated digital marketing campaigns. Stay abreast of the latest SEO algorithms, industry trends, and best practices, adapting strategies accordingly. Manage the digital marketing budget for SEO and content, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI. Develop and nurture relationships with external SEO agencies and technology partners as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and content strategy. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful SEO strategies that have driven significant organic growth. Expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, link building, and content marketing. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Experience managing remote teams and projects effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights. Experience in managing paid search campaigns (PPC) is a bonus. This role is based in **Cincinnati, Ohio, US**, but is a fully remote position.
