Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce website to enhance user experience, conversion rates, and overall sales performance. Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns across relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and engagement. Oversee paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social ads) to drive qualified traffic and achieve ROI targets. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Identify new market opportunities and trends to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling marketing content and assets. Manage customer relationship management (CRM) strategies and email marketing campaigns. Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and social media management. Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results. In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing software. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. Strong project management and organizational skills. Creative thinking and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in content creation and management is a plus.
