Manager of Transformation Strategy

A company is looking for a Manager - Transformation Office.

Key Responsibilities

Support development of strategic initiatives, business cases, and transformation roadmaps

Lead or support day-to-day execution and problem-solving across multiple initiatives

Engage directly with stakeholders to understand needs and refine solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

3-5 years of experience in management / strategy consulting, technology, or transformation roles

Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable solutions

Experience managing multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments

Advanced degree (MBA, MPA, or similar) preferred
