Director of Proposal Marketing

A company is looking for a Director, Proposal and Marketing to lead strategic pursuit efforts and marketing initiatives in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for proposal development and marketing activities to support corporate growth objectives

Oversee the preparation of complex energy conservation and renewable energy proposals, ensuring compliance and compelling deliverables

Direct the creation of marketing materials and presentations for client engagements and manage proposal processes and systems

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in proposal management, marketing strategy, or business development within engineering, construction, or energy sectors

5+ years in a senior leadership role

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, sustainability, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Proficiency with MS Office products, SharePoint, Office 365, and Salesforce

Strong knowledge of RFQ / RFP processes and technical writing skills
