A company is looking for a Director of Business Process Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Execute a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with financial and operational goals

Lead cross-functional teams to re-engineer core business processes for improved efficiency

Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in business transformation or strategic operations, with 5 years in senior leadership

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred

Expertise in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), Kaizen, or Agile frameworks

Experience managing $1M+ transformation budgets with measurable outcomes

US citizenship required and ability to obtain security clearance as needed
