E-Commerce Sales Manager – Pharma
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-Commerce Sales Manager to drive and scale online sales across major marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce operations and improving overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces
- Handle product listings, cataloging, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Monitor daily sales performance and optimize strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and fulfillment
- Analyze sales data, customer trends, and platform insights to drive business growth
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce sales or marketplace management
- Experience in pharma or healthcare products will be preferred
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplace operations
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
