Job Scope / Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Management

  • Manage and update products, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
  • Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and after-sales service on online platforms.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery and inventory accuracy.
  • Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and propose improvements.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Create engaging content and visuals for online ads, social media, and websites.
  • Manage social media accounts: schedule posts, grow followers, and engage with audiences.
  • Implement SEO/SEM strategies to increase online visibility and traffic.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Plan and execute email marketing and remarketing campaigns.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare monthly reports on sales, traffic, and digital campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creator, and sales teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.

Education Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in one of the following or related fields:

  • Mass Communication
  • Digital Media
  • E-commerce
  • Business Administration
  • Advertising
  • Public Relations
  • Information Technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,478.01 per month

Education

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

  • Digital marketing: 1 year (Required)
