Position: Director of Enterprise Transformation

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Director of Enterprise Transformation will lead comprehensive transformation programs that span the entire organization or specific business units. This role shapes strategy and ensures alignment across functions while driving impactful outcomes related to growth, efficiency, and customer experience through innovative AI-enabled operating models.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs that align with strategic goals.
  • Develop and shape transformation strategies that turn organizational priorities into actionable roadmaps.
  • Champion large-scale AI-enabled process redesign and technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate with VPs and executive leaders to align on objectives, resources, and results.
  • Establish governance frameworks, success metrics, and benefit realization for enterprise initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ensure successful transformation outcomes are integrated into everyday operations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor with strong executive presence and strategic insight.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members to achieve their highest potential.
  • Administer company policies and comply with staffing standards and training guidelines.
  • Oversee the hiring process and develop performance plans for colleagues; conduct performance evaluations.

QUALIFICATIONS

A Master’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred. Relevant certifications in business transformation or AI are advantageous.

A minimum of ten (10+) years of experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
