E-commerce Operations Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Manager to manage and streamline our day-to-day online business operations.

This role involves handling orders, inventory, logistics, and customer experience to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of our e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily order processing across website and marketplaces
• Handle returns, exchanges, and order-related issues
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels across all SKUs
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely dispatch and delivery
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related concerns
• Work on reducing RTO (Return to Origin) and improving delivery success rate
• Manage product listings, pricing, and stock updates on e-commerce platforms
• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, email, and social platforms
• Maintain daily and weekly reports for orders, returns, and performance
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of campaigns and offers

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in E-commerce operations or similar role
• Hands-on experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar
• Understanding of order management, logistics, and inventory systems
• Basic knowledge of marketplaces like Amazon or Flipkart
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working with D2C brands
• Familiarity with logistics tools (Shiprocket, etc.)
• Understanding of COD order flow and RTO handling
