What You'll Do

As a Digital Marketing Specialist in Paid Search, you will support the execution and optimization of paid search campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. This role is perfect for detail-oriented marketers who thrive on data, testing, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Paid Search Manager and Search Director to drive qualified traffic and support revenue growth.

• Assist with setting up, launching, and managing paid search campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and help with campaign structure and targeting.
• Collaborate with creative and SEO teams to write and test ad copy.
• Monitor daily performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Support budget pacing and spend tracking.
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards.
• Stay informed on paid search trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Engage in learning initiatives such as training programs, workshops, and webinars to acquire new knowledge and refine your skills.
• Provide friendly, proactive, and professional support to colleagues and external parties for inquiries, concerns, and issues.

Essential Qualities for Success

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or paid search preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Comfort navigating computer systems and software for customer support and activity management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to lift up to 15 pounds periodically.
• Able to navigate and access all facilities.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.95 per hour and is eligible for bonuses. Exact compensation is determined by factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, experience, job level, shift, and organizational needs. Eligible associates may also receive overtime pay in compliance with applicable laws.
